Horse race goes on even through Pandemics

A Horse riding, horse breeding, horse racing ...
Did you know that in France horse racing is the biggest entertainment and business? It is true, the highest biddings can be made in a combination of one leader, two or three in a row or a multiple winners in a tobacco shop or directly at most of the hippodromes.
Due to the danger of contamination the races whether we are talking of any discipline such as galloping or trotter, flat and jumps horse races has been stopped in France and in all the EU countries, but not in Sweden... Which has remained a secure platform for the jockeys and their trusted favourites to train, show themselves, race and even to win .
That was the case for “Grandissimo” - young stallion (only of 2 years old) who is the youngest of the horses that belong to HRH Princessin Angela von Hochnenzollern. “Grandissimo” has won the first prize without getting any getting any injury! HRHPrincessin  often pays her visits to Normandy and Paris  for visiting major horse breedings for choosing the horses for herself being an often visitor to  Limousin region ( which is a natural biological region with a very little industry, no pollution  and a great healthy living environment ) where she is welcomed at Montbrun Castle and its evergreen lawns are hospitating her newly discovered favourite.
Meanwhile in England the most visited and famous such as the Grand National in Cheltenham, the 2020 Guineas, Dante festival festival, Chester May Meeting were cancelled.
It is worth of mentioning that in Germany the horse races has been stopped from March. The  eight-race card would have been recently Western Europe’s  first large sporting event in nearly two months in Dortmund where a few  politicians met in order to look over the planned restart of horse racing, but they believed it was not yet time for it to happen. The country was hit by a sudden spike in Coronavirus( Cividale-19)  cases in the last week. “It was a real shame not to be able to restart the races after nearly two month break” proclaimed Michael Vesper, the president of racing regulator Deutscher Galopp.
“According to the hygiene concept that had been developed, there is no risk of infection from “ghost races” on the extensive racetracks, which also had been confirmed by local health authorities”. Now the question is will Royal Ascot go ahead ? The Investec Derby Festival ?  Ascot - the event that where  international challengers used to come from all over the globe is scheduled to take place on Tuesday 16rh June, which is the week after the current government ban suppose to expire. Those who are involved in racing in any kind of way will be hoping the meeting goes ahead.. What  is your foreseen as regard to this coming major events ahead ? We keep on watching and looking forward for the updates as regard to those events ... do you ?
